The Commercial Space Study In Indep-endent Large-scale Campus Planning

Since 1998, with the expansion of the construction scale and socialization of the logis-tics services of the campus in china, there have been great importance and lots of problems, so the commercial space has become a necessary subject for specialized research.The main object of this study is the commercial space of the independent large-scale campus. This thesis stand on the level of campus planning, summarize the root cause of the campus commercial space in the manner of combining theoretical study and practical investigation. And analysis and suggestion on consumer behavior and psy-chology, the layout of the commercial scale and composition of commercial space, commercial space and form, then discuss its future development.This paper have six chapters:The first chapter clarify the topic and research back-ground; The second chapter outlines the basic theory of large-scale campus and cam-pus commercial space; The third chapter study on the instance of independent large-scale campus, and summary the problems and underlying causes; The fourth chap-ter analysis on its commercial space, and make the recommendations; The fifth chap-ter discusses the future development of commercial space of the campus; the last chapters is a summary of the full text.Through the research of this subject, the writer look forward to better understanding the issues and the reasons of the independent large-scale campus planning today, and learned from this lessons to play the positive role of it and provide the relevant refer-ence for the large-scale campus planning in further.
