Rubber suspension is the mostly shake compents of the auto shake system,it is applied in the automotive field.The title study the rubber suspension's system and home static characteristic in order to supper the theory and technique for the product design and exploder . the text mostly study job is : Choose Mooney-Rivlin,Arruda-Boyce,Yoeh,Van der Waals,Marlow and Ogden and discuss hyperelastic model rubber material.discuss different hyperelastic model least squares technique fitting test strain–stress and constitutive model calculate strain-stress get the constitutive model's material constant . according to test date with the max strain-stress increase ,the collextivity stress fall .so choose the material date , according tothe practice rubber suspend strain-stess system and home rubber suspension's static characteristic,discuss the rubber suspension's stress–strain experiment test ;test the rubber suspension Uniaxial tension Biaxial stretching plane shear stress–strain's stress–strain connection.and discuss the method about the the correlation experimental.Different stress–strain combination,with the different Constitutive model fitting different model'stress–strain curve and Accord to Least square method get different model material constant ,and compare the effect about he different Constitutive model fitting material constant;for example a rubber suspension.with the different Constitutive model amalyse the rubber suspension three direction station stress–strain .compary the rubber suspension station stress–strain calculate compary with the test ,and compary different hyperelastic model precision .
