| With the rapid development of economy, the deteriorating "black pollution"resulted from the increasing waste rubber had posed a threat on our living environment. If the waste rubber was mixed into concrete, not only the waste rubber could be used rationally, but some properties of the concrete could be improved, and this kind of concrete could be used in some fields. For rubber concrete possess upper damping ratio, concrete could got up to cushioning effect and consuming ballistic work while subjecting to shock load. Rubber concrete pile composite foundation made the most of its merit and restrains its disadvantage. Therefore, it was greatly significant to study the material properties of rubber concrete pile composite foundation.The dissertation adopt laboratory simulation experimental method, we study the mechanical properties of the rubber concrete pile which is replacing part of its cement or coarse aggregate by rubber powder or rubber block underling vertical loading and horizontal load. The main contents were listed as follows:(1) The compressive properties of rubber concrete, including cube crushing strength, elastic modulus and the relation betweens stress and strain. Also the effects of different rubber powder mix quantity on compressive properties and elastic modulus.(2) We study the mechanical properties of rubber concrete pile underling vertical load by experiments. The effects of different rubber content in concrete pile on the deformation, the bearing capacity, the stress distribution, load distribution between piles and surrounding soil, and more reveal the rubber concrete pile multiply working machine reason and specialty.(3) We do experimental study of rubber concrete pile underling horizontal load. The effects of different rubber content in concrete pile, different vertical load and thickness of cushion on horizontal displacements of pile head, pile body and the pile body stress under horizontal load are analyzed. Finally, the interaction mechanism of rubber concrete pile under horizontal load is disclosed. At the same time we using the Drucker-Prager elastic-plastic model which is offered by ANSYS, this assignment builds model with rubber powder pile's features, calculates the rubber powder pile's bearing capacity and settlement by finite element, the result can compare with theory. |
