The steam is used in all kinds of way as energy source, The people pay more attention to the ways of condensate recovery now. The steam condensate are recoveried and utilized as domestic hot water in district heating and cooling system with steam, which recovery the water source and heat as well, it is according with the environmental protection and energy conservation.First of all, discuss the two methods ways of condensate utilization: one way is to return to heat source, another is to utilize on the spot. Analyze the applicability and condition of two ways.Secondly, for district heating and cooling system with steam, analysis the quantity and parameter of condensate produced by steam-driven lithium-bromide absorption-type refigerating machine in summer; analysis the quantity and parameter of condensate produced by steam-water type heat exchanger in winter at the same time. Quality of condensate is according with the standard of domestic hot water. Research the quantity and regulation of domestic hot water, research the technical problem in condensate used to district domestic hot water system.Finally, take TaiZhou tai yang city for a example, analysis the economical and environmental benefit when condensate is recovried as domestic hot water in different seasons. |
