High-precision measurement region is one of the most important measurement regions in our aerospace TT&C. it assumes measurement mission of space aircraft(such as carrier rocket, missile) that is launched in Jiu Quan Satellite and Tai Yuan Satellite Launching Center. Because of the complexity of 154Ⅱand 157A system which are applied to the high-precision measurement region, the measure data brings about the error of system. in the error data no modeling error is in existence besides modeling constant error of system and refraction amended error, so the reliability and measurement precision can't adapted to new launching mission. At the same time, measurement between transponder and ground station system must be developed before every launching mission. Thus the working slow is overloaded with details. According to layout,During the eleventh five-year-plan, high-precision measurement system will be introduced including the manufacture work of transponder.This paper introduces development of the high-precision measurement system (multi-speed measurement technology), and researches responder. Based on the system analysis, design scheme with software radio model for multi-speed measurement technology responder is brought forward. At the same time the digital model and the frequency design of device are analyzed. The main researching content includes.1. In the high-precision measurement system the application requirement of rocket responder is analyzed. The methods of improving measurement precision of system using across correlation transmitting is provided.2. The design scheme of multi-speed measurement technology transponder is provided. The chief parameters of system is computed and simulated, the design parameters of module are provided.3. The scheme of signal processing module is designed, such as hardware selecting, parameters computing and simulation.4. The picture and experimentation results of transponder are provided.
