Research On Planning Norms Of Tourism Agricultural Park In Jiangsu

Tourism Agricultural Park is a park, having a clear geographical boundary, based on agricultural activities, to carry out agricultural production and tourism service activities, set of agriculture, tourism, ecology as an integrated park. In recent years, with the rapid economic growth and rural economic restructuring, tourism agricultural park in Jiangsu province has been rapid development and the rural economy of Jiangsu is gradually becoming a new growth point. However, the corresponding theoretical research is relatively backward, having neither a clear definition and classification system, nor an interdisciplinary integration. One of the reasons is lack of systematic planning and design, lack of scientific and rational planning and design, lack of relevant standards to guide the planning and design, therefore, integrating the theories of various disciplines, combined with the characteristics of tourism agricultural park planning, doing exploration and research to write about planning norms of tourism agricultural park, is a problem in the current tourism agricultural park construction that urgently need attention and been resolved.This paper by applying literature close reading, theoretical learning, comprehensive system remediation and case empirical study methods, in analyzing the profile of the tourism agriculture development, discriminated the "sightseeing agriculture", "recreational agriculture", "tourism agriculture" and other related concepts, carried out explicitly on tourism agricultural park's concept, content, features, and subdivided into five types: sightseeing agricultural park, agricultural sightseeing garden, leisure farms, agriculture parks and agricultural demonstration zones.In accordance with the classification of tourism agricultural park, the next chapters combined with the geographical economic development level in Jiangsu province, selected 10 typical tourism agricultural park projects as the research object to analyze the main problems in park planning and construction.Through case analysis, integration of agriculture science, landscape gardening, tourism planning, ecology, urban planning and other related theory, put forward the contextual factors impacting on the tourism agricultural park development, made detailed discussion for involved all aspects and special planning from the planning elements, summarized the various planning norms being implemented, for writing on the planning norms.Finally, this paper based on the previous texts'results, drafting tourism agricultural park planning norms, combined with the planning project practice the author actually involved in, and considering the types, locations, social economic development level and other conditions to apply the norms to 5 typical tourism agricultural park planning case in Jiangsu province, carrying out the case empirical analysis.
