In recent years, multi-national naval paid much more attention to high-power microwave pulse weapons, which constituted a serious threat to communications systems on the ship reliability and security, because of relatively low cost, irradiating a wide range of damage by high-power electromagnetic pulses and has strong damage ability. In our country, researching on electronic domestic effects of the system electromagnetic environment was a little simple, less universal applicability, and there was no clear damage assessment program for communication systems of ships. The subject mainly based on the theory of damage mechanism of high-power microwave weapons, and through in-depth discussion of the composition of marine communication systems, that the complex ship communication system was divided into 6 major subsystems, ADS and ANSYS software were used to establish transceiver model, the software and hardware damage were simulated, and the performance of the experimental results were analyzed. With high power microwave environment, the index system and weights of ship's communication system was established from the 6 major subsystems. The relationships between scopes of destroy and coupled energy of electronic system, coupling energy was taken as the basis judgment to calculate the equation of damage probability, then to receive the survival probability of the main part of ship's communication system.Improved fuzzy AHP-integrated assessment method was adopted. The introduction of electronic system design, anti-electromagnetic interference, damage probability, confidence and other factors were taken as Consideration to calculate the survival probability of the communication system. A suitable high-power microwave communication system on the ship damage assessment was established and at last showed the feasibility through example results. Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Research and theory to establish damage assessment, exploration and equipment damage rule for the new equipment development and improvement of equipment on active service in wartime equipment support systems and equipment support to provide technical basis for program planning information and conditions.
