The Analyze And Research For The Design Of The ME Diesel Electronic Control System

At present, internal manufacturers of the major low-speed marine diesel engine are all introduction of foreign patent technology, which is designed by MAN and Wartsila companies.The two patent companies and internal manufacturers still work on traditional diesel engine with cam controlling exhaust system and fuel injection mostly. But with the increasing of international crude oil price for a long time and NOx emissions is controlled more stringently by International maritime organization, the two design companies have launched ME type and Flex-intelligent electronic control diesel respectively,which are based on traditional diesel engine. The proportion of new type is increased each year significantly.In order to digest, absorb and localize better on the intelligence electronic control diesel engine with new electronic control technology. The author study on the overall function of diesel engine, focus on of ME MAN diesel engine with electronic control system. This article describes the difference and benefits between traditional diesel engine and MC diesel engine, and focuses on the ME engine electronic control system of the main structure, the key technology and principles of multi-function control system, as well as control theory of each system. A better theory is provided in order to debug ME engine electronic control system and localize technology.
