Sonar is the common equipment used in surface vessels and submarines. It's also one of the most important equipment in underwater acoustic signal processing. The quality of sonar receiver directly affects the working performance of sonar. Therefore, designing sonar receiver to meet the requirement is very important. According to the actual technology demand, the thesis respectively designs two kinds of receiver for the Doppler velocity-measuring system and the USBL (Ultra-Short Base Line) signal detection system.In order to meet the demand of phase and amplitude consistency of the receiver, the design of circuit has sufficiently considered about the problems such as circuit form, filter types, gain accuracy, the layout of elements and so on. Around the technology index, the thesis puts forward the proposed design, and particularly discusses the selection of chip and the value of element. At the same time, for reducing the noise of system, this paper studies optical coupling devices. It designs the linear optical coupling isolation circuit with good role of insulating the analogic circuit and the digital circuit. In addition, this paper also discusses the quality factor delicacy degree of filter, and counts the quality factor delicacy degree expressions of several kinds of filters. Through the comparison, this paper chooses the filter with low quality factor delicacy degree to improve the system stability.The results of circuit debugging show that:the receiver has good phase and amplitude consistency. The gain and noise characteristics satisfy all the design requirements. So the signal disposal function can be realized by the receiver.
