Chemical recycle of gas-turbine is an advanced method of recycling, which can increase cycle thermal efficiency by taking full advantage of remainder of exhaust heat of gas-turbine and sort out to deal with environmental problems caused by overmuch exhaust NOx emissions in gas turbine engine of simple cycle. This recycle is still at the experimental stage. There is no successful precedent of it. In our school, experiment table of chemical regenerative cycle of gas-turbine has a complex construction. On base of test bed of chemical regenerative gas turbine, the various components are modelde and simulated, and some control study is done for them.Firstly, under a common simulation platform Matlab/SimuLink, using a modular modeling method, simulation models are built for chemical regenerative cycle test bad, and the overall performance are simulated while for potential problems of simulation process, a number of considerations are made. The simulation results show that the reasonable match of water and oil supply will not only prevent the flow of flasher great fluctuation, but also raise the utilization efficiency of waste heat of the entire experimentalsystem.Secondly,based on the simulation, as difference of experimental content, different control scheme are designed for feed water temperature, air flow and temperature, and gas temperature. Digital PID controller are used for the simulation analysis of the control process. Simulation results show that the digital PID controller's performance is satisfactory, and can meets the requirements of dynamic response. In the control simulation it is found that due to the inertia of heat, gas temperature and supplywater temperature lag fuel supply of the combustion chamber, water volume changes of water cooler, and air flow of the air preheater. Control simulation of air flow results show that response of air flow is relatively quick as there is no parts with inertia of heat.Finally, SIEMENS WINCC DCS and S7-300 PLC are used as the overall design of control system. Considering different experiments content of test bed, corresponding control strategies are developed providing guidance for the follow-up monitoring configuration and PLC program writting.
