The chemical regenerative gas turbine (CRGT) cycle which has many virtues, such asenvironmental protection,high efficiency and so on, is a very promising research direction.Chemical regenerative system,including wate system and chemical heat exchanger. Based onthe chemical-regenerative experiment table,the mathematical model of chemical regenerativesystem were established,such as the homeostatic and dynamic mathematical model of watersystem,mathematical model of catalytic reforming.On this basis, the homeostatic performanceand dynamic performance of the water system were completed,also the simulation modle ofchemical heat exchanger was completed.Finally,performance simulation of chemicalregenerative was completed. In this article, the following jobs were completed:Firstly, All the homeostatic mathematical model of the components,includingpreheater,saturer,superheater and flash evaporator for the water system were established.Thedynamic mathematical model of the heat exchangers were only the function of time,replacedthe distribution parameters and were simplified accoding to the actual situation. For the steamreforming reaction (in this paper, the pre-conversion was used to promote the reaction), acomplete mathematical model of catalytic reforming was established by theoreticalcalculation and thermodynamic analysisSecondly,The homeostatic performance research on the water system was completedaccording the homeostatic simulation modles.This paper put the points on the responses ofsystem when the gas parameters changed and the aujustment method was given.The steamvolume in the first flash device as the optimization goal,different aujustment methods weregiven.Thirdly,Basd on the homeostatic performance research,the dynamic performance researchon the water system was completed.The dynamic responses of the system,while the parameterchanges of import and the pressure changes in flash evaporator,were completed.The accuracyof dynamic simulation was also given compared with the homeostatic simulation results.Finally, The simulation modle of chemical heat exchanger was completed. Mainly toexamine how the each import parameters affected the the equilibrium composition and theexport parameters.At last,Co-simulation,combined water system and chemical heat exchanger,was completed.The paper examined how the water system affected the workingperformance of chemical heat exchanger.
