| Frame is the most important part of a Body-chassis flame construction. The performance of a frame directly determined the performance of an stability vechicles.Further more, the performance of a frame is determined by the static and dynamic characteristics of its structure.So researches on the static and dynamic characteristics can not only estimate the frame characteristics, but also estimate the stability of working.In this paper,series of Finite element a nalysis and study on stability vechicle frame are receded. Based on there search on tire done before, a method of using Finite Element Method to study WD-320 dynamic performance is discussed fundamentally.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the practical investigation, search vehicles relevant information and dynamic stability data establish a frame structure;(2) Frame structure dynamic stability are established a finite element model in ABAQUS, such as SOLIDEDGE model import ABAQUS software frame and unit types of element. Frame mesh a unit finite element and define material attribute.(3) To frame made statics analysis, the frame understanded stress,strain and strength check,(4) According to the dynamic performance requirements conduct modal analysis, calculates the frame inherent frequency and working frequency will happen resonance;(5) Frame do dynamics analysis when vehicle is working.(6)The train running at a high speed rail dynamics, analyzes the Matlab generating power spectral density function, then put rail produces loaded to frame vibration upstairs for dynamic analysis.Through the frame on the static, dynamic analysis, to research to the frame will get frame static, dynamic and modal characteristics in this paper can further research to provide theoretical basis. |
