| The dual-function system of Starting and generation is increasingly becoming an important direction of development of modern advanced airborne electronic equipment. Induction motor is the induction motor. Induction motor has been attempted in the aviation supply system, if we can achieve the dual-function of starting and generation. On this basis, we will help us to reduce the cost of research and development cycle.After nearly two decades following the vector control, speed control system with high dynamic performance of DTC(Direct Torque Control) technology has been developed, it has been more widely appreciated, it is because that:it has simple control, robust, and good dynamic performance. As a new control method, and compared to field oriented control of vector control, it can accurate and fast control torque and flux of induction motor in the case of relatively simple control algorithm.In this paper, we take induction motor for example, and have a simulation and research on their starting and generation process. The torque control strategy has mainly been used in the process of starting and generation.Firstly this paper reviews the induction motor starting power systems research back-ground, power electronic devices and the DC, AC Speed Control Development of the theory, focusing on the direct torque control (after voltage and variable frequency control, slip frequency control, vector control Technology) the generation, characteristics and development, and induction motor starting power of significance. Next on the induction motor was necessary introduction of the principle of induction motor starting power for a detailed theoretical analysis.Secondly, this paper analyzes three-phase induction motor direct torque control of the basic principles of a detailed description, the establishment of the induction motor mathem-atical model to the mathematical model as a starting point for detailed analysis, the torque and flux, so as to achieve this objective:directly control the motor torque. In order to facilitate analysis of the problems related to physical quantities of the induction motor phase voltage, it leads into such as the necessary coordinate transformation. The introduction of the voltage space vector, it can be seen a detailed description of the regulation voltage space vector induction motor stator flux and speed work. Voltage space vector and flux are closely related, and regulating the stator flux, the use of Schmidt two-point adjustment is a good adjustment method. The inverter, voltage inverter is mainly the working principle in detail, and we can see that the voltage inverter switch state with eight space voltage vectors are closely related.Then the mathematical model of induction motor and voltage space vector and the flux observer of the stator coordinate system are analysized detailedly, and then we can derivate three stator flux observation model:u-i, i-n, u-n, analyze their adapt scope and characteristics, and describe in detail on the process of MATLAB simulation model of starting induction motor, the models mainly include the simulation models of induction motor:the stator and rotor flux model, the stator and rotor current model, the torque model, speed model; controller simulation model, which includes model of speed control, torque control model, flux control model, flux amplitude calculation model with the regional judge, the selection model of inverter switching state; simulation model of the inverter; then we build up a simulation model of starting and generation of induction motor, have an analysis of transition process between starting and generation. Experimental results show that the induction motor which uses the torque control strategy directly can have a good dynamic performance and steady-state performance. |
