As the electric electronic and digital signal processor technology progresses, the adjustable - speed technology with variable frequency has a rapidly development. The Direct Torque Control (DTC) following Vector Control is a new type and high performance technology. Compare with Vector Control Which has complicated coordinate transformation and strong dependency of rotor parameters, the DTC technique of induction motors is known to have a simple control structure,fast torque responses and easy to implement.The basic principle and structure of DTC have been introduced, on this ground, Using Matlab/Simulink build the simulation models which form the whole DTC simulation system. Then, DTC method prove to be of feasibility according to study and analyze the characteristic of the simulation system. It is well established that conventional direct torque control(DTC) suffers from high torque .A new controller of non-zero voltage space vector and zero voltage space vector using double-pi is proposed. It improves the speed adjustor and inverter switching table. Simulation results show that the proposed controller managed to reduce the torque ripple and minish the response time of speed. The algorithm is simple and easy to implement.On the basis of the theory analysis of DTC system, a least control system based on TMS320LF2407A is proposed, including software designing and hardware designing. System software was compiled under CCS.Finally, The thesis sums up the whole work of study and predict the direction of forward study as well.
