| Partial Cable-Stayed Bridges is a new bridge type developed these years, which has the advantages such as attractive appearance, economical and practical, construction convenient, etc. As the reason of these traits mentioned above, it has a rapid revolution. Simultaneously, for the purpose of the safety during construction processes and ensuring the internal force and line type of structure meet the design requirements, the construction control research of low-pylon cable-stayed bridges were necessary and practical.The engineering background of this paper is the Jinhu interconnection partial cable-stayed bridge on new Beijing Shanghai high speed railway. For solving the problem such as construction control and construction monitoring, the project work is carried out purposed. The main research contacts are as follows:1. Introduced the development of construction control technology and research status at home and abroad, the factor which influenced construction control, and the contents and characteristics of cantilever-construction.2. Introduced the basic theory of construction control, proposed reasonable control programs and established effective control systems according to the traits of partial cable-stayed bridges and practical engineering conditions. As the work done, the data collection and management during the construction progress was achieved successfully.3. Described the main design parameter which influenced the construction control of partial cable-stayed bridges. And take this bridge for example, the parameter sensibility analysis about partial parameters were conducted.4. The numerical model of the whole bridge was set up with structural analysis software—Doctor Bridge for simulation analysis about construction progress. The influence of temperature, shrinkage and creep was considered. The internal force, deformation during constructing and constructed stages and the deformation caused by shrinkage and creep after the bridge completed was realized by such analysis. Simultaneously, the analysis gave the camber of each construction phase for providing the theoretical data for subsequent construction control.5. It was specific introduced the construction control contents of the Jinhu bridge. According to the adaptive control method, the construction control of the bridge was carried out. It consisted of deformation control, stress control and cable force control. After that, compared feedback actual measured result and calculated result particularly. The consequence indicated that the result of line style control and stress control correspond the calculated well. |
