Failures Analysis And Countermeasures Research Of Fast Railway Vehicles

Since operation of Dalian Fast Railway Traffic, the safety problem of vehicles has been given highly recognition and close attention by public. As the direct carrier of passengers, whether fast railway vehicles safety or not is closely related to passengers'safety. With the increasing of operation time, the failure rate is also rising,which influences the normal operation order of fast railway vehicles, so to quickly the vehicles failures and give improvement measures on vehicles have very important significance.This paper classifies and arranges all kinds of vehicle failures that have appeared since operation, analyzes the reasons for failures and provides the improvement measures. At present, the failures of fast railway vehicles can be divided into two kinds:one kind is simple failures which contain not to release emergency braking, not to release parking brake, not to open or close door sand air-condition's not working and so on; the other kind is momentous failures which contains failures of secondary inverter, failures of traction inverter system and some safe hidden troubles related to doors. This paper gives fast disposing methods to various failures on the basis of technical experience, these measures can assure passengers'safety and maintain vehicles to go on operating. To momentous failures, this paper gives analysis on reasons for failures and improvement measures which can prevent these failures from appearing again.
