In tunneling of the tunnel construction methods, the shield method is a very extensive construction method. The thrust of the shield is from push cylinders which are located in the the inside of the shield body wall.Because of the great of the thust, We should pay special attention to the strength of the push cylinder in its design.So it is very important to shield study the push cylinder. Based on the urgent need of the domestic development of shield these years, from the angle of reliability design, we compile the load spectrum of push cylinders of EPB6280 shield machine. It provide load information for material fatigue tests of the push cylinders.Meanwhile, it also provides methods for reference when the data for compiling load spectrum is less.Coping with all above, we translate and analyze the content of the English information about shield which we collected. From the angle of reliability design, we extract the the data of push cylinders for load spectrum and compress the data of push cylinders,then go through the counting analysis, getting the distribution rules and probability model of the data of push cylinders. Meanwhile using order statistic principle to describe the load, get distributions of the maximum of peak value and minimum of valley value.According to the distributions,we use Monte Carlo to get uniform random numbers of peak value and amplitude of the pressure of push cylinders,and also uniform random numbers of the maximum of peak value and minimum of valley value.Till now,we accomplish the emulation of the load pressure of the push cylinders of EPB6280 shield machine.Using the load pressure which we emulated, we compile the load spectrum of push cylinder of EPB6280 chield machine by there methods,and compare the results by the methods.
