Disc cutter is the main rock breaking tool of TBM,and easy to wear and fracture always need to be replaced,and TBM in the construction process,especially in complex strata,the cutter in the tunneling process appear upper and lower uneven force,causing the cutter cracking and deformation,resulting in a a series of quality and safety problems.Therefore,it is necessary to study the fatigue life and reliability of the disc hob and the cutter head.And because the load spectrum is the basis for the mechanical life prediction and reliability assessment,and the current domestic research on the load spectrum is still blank,foreign reasons for confidentiality can not get these information,and the current TBM disc cutter and cutter load Most studies are based on a single condition of a single formation.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to solve the problems of life prediction,reliability design and evaluation of TBM mechanical structural components by using TBM hobs and cutterheads as the typical research object to compose the load spectrum under complex working conditions.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the working principle and characteristics of disc hob,the paper analyzes and summarizes the rock breaking mechanism and force model of disc hob,and builds the force model of hob under different working conditions as load spectrum compilation mechanics model.(2)According to the working principle and characteristics of cutterhead,the force characteristics of cutterhead is analyzed,and the force calculation model of cutterhead under composite formation is established.(3)In this paper,we choose a multi-condition complex formation in our country as an example,and propose that the load spectrum of the disc cutter and cutterhead can be prepared by Monte-Carlo method and the hobs and cutterheads under different formations can be simulated by Monte Carlo method Load-time history(4)The load-time histories under different conditions are respectively compressed and processed by the rain-flow counting method.The initial one-dimensional and twodimensional load spectra of each condition are compiled.(5)The distribution of the circulatory mean and amplitude is tested and estimated,and the distribution characteristics are obtained.After statistical inference,the extended 8-stage ladder program load spectrum and test program loading spectrum were compiled.Where no hob and cutter force were measured under the condition of this paper using Monte Carlo method and indirect measurement of hob cutter load spectrum,the method and the conclusion can be used as TBM mechanical components life prediction,reliability design and evaluation and other issues to provide valuable reference.
