Using of active magnetic bearings are new contact-free bearing, with no contact, no lubrication and sealing, vibration, long life, low maintenance series of advantages are high-tech field, with a range beyond the traditional bearings Incomparable advantages, has broad application prospects. Development of magnetic bearings can not only fill the gaps, and can bring a lot of mechanical and electrical industry related companies to adjust product structure, the formation of new economic growth point. Magnetic bearing of the most important is the establishment of mathematical models and design of control systems. The main work permits done as follows:1. active magnetic bearings mathematical model is derived. In the continuous time system, where a single degree of freedom for the structure of magnetic bearings, magnetic bearings using linear electromagnetic force, for simplification, the Laplace transform to derive a single degree of freedom magnetic bearing control system mathematical model.2. Magnetic bearing control system for automatic control of the module, mainly for simulation of the traditional PID control, and intelligent control method for its use to improve.3. The use of Delphi software design of electromagnetic bearing visual simulation software, the traditional PID controller and CMAC controller, a nonlinear controller simulation.
