As a semiconductor device,LED was Quickly aroused the universal concern of the industry With the light of its high efficiency, energy saving, long life, etc,which has considered the most representative of the green light and Would assume the task of future lighting applications. Based on this, many research institutes and manufacturers have invested heavily in the LED lighting research and development.At present, LED also has some problems to be solved applications in general lighting.So this paper studied the problems for LED applications in general lighting and design and manufacture of high power LED bulbs on this basis.This paper were analyzed the heat,glare and other issues for LED applications in engineering and to do a matching design for other parts of LED lamps. Main design the LED heat sink which is reasonable in structure and to meet the requirements of heat In terms of heat.Analyzed the materials which used in the manufacture and the methods for the reason of glare for the glare proplem. Its main work includes The following items:1. First of all, analyzed the heat distribution of the light source substrates. To determine the form of the radiator heat load.Then set the parameters of radiator on the basis of previous studies and designed the structural of the radiator.2. Simulation for Different parameters of the radiator used Orthogonal experimental design method. Do the analysis for the relationship of the Radiator cooling effect and quality with the parameters. At the same time, established objective function with weighting coefficients method that making more effective optimization of the radiator, the radiator's performance is more an advantage.3. Improved the structure of the radiator Based on the requirements of manufacturing processes and cost. Analysis done on the radiator again used simple contrast method. Then to improve heat sink for the variable cross-section combined with the characteristics of the lamp and carried out verification of the cooling effect.4. Designed other parts of the bulb based on assembly process of lamp and the relevant standards of the general lighting. Especially analyzed the glare of lampshade that completed some optical design of the lamp.5. Completion of performance testing samples bulb,and iverified the designing.Above research will provide a valid reference for design and manufacture LED bulbs of high-power.
