At this stage, industrial boilers are still mainly rely on manual operation and monitoring, low efficiency, large coal consumption, environmental pollution is serious, difficult to ensure safety in production, so the control theory combined with modern high-performance industrial boiler control system design, with important practical value.Boiler control systems for industrial situation, this major work are as follows:1. In order to improve industrial automation and control system performance boiler for boiler multiple input, multiple output, multi-loop coupling between multiple variables difficult to control resulting from, the use of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to enhance the system's real-time The control system in terms of interference and control has greatly improved the accuracy to solve more difficult to control the difficulty and operations, greatly improving the real-time operation of the controllability and stability.2.
