In the process of China's modernization construction, transportation infrastructure has been developing in recent years. By early 2010, our freeway total mileage up to 6.5 million kilometers, ranking second in the world after the United States. In highway construction, the side slope protection problem is becoming more and more serious, as the weakest link, the bridge conical slope is often neglected easily, additionally the protection cone slope has itself difficulties, which leads to the bridge slope diseases particularly prominent, and these diseases are caused by technical personnel lack the bridge protection design and construction of knowledge and can not enough to ensure construction quality strictly.Cone slope is to protect roadbed slope from flush, between bridge and roadbed construction cone-shaped structure. Also calls the cone protection slope, when the bridgehead is buried type, pile type, pillar type abutment or it cannot fully retaining soil, for protecting the stability of roadbed to Set cone both sides. Transverse direction of the slope should be consistent with the embankment slope, along the bridge it should be based on the slope height, soil conditions, according to flooding situation to decide.Common diseases such as cone slope collapse, crack, local fall off, etc. Especially in flood season, often due to local disease, cause the whole slope all washed out, even washed out the bridgehead roadbed, interrupt traffic; Moreover, because the bridge cone slope of destruction, abutment bare outer, bridgehead roadbed under impact loading of cars pushes it, no slope protection to balance the part pressure, abutment and sidewalls occurs frequently break. Through the analysis and study found out a set of new method, new material, new measures from design to construction to solve, improvement and reduce such engineering diseases. This paper based on the analysis of the cone slope linear shape, has obtained the relevant principles, first to ensure its stability; Secondly, it joins subgrade to abutment slipped slope smoothly, so as to achieve stability and beautiful requirements. Then there was a stability analysis on soil cone slope by large-scale general finite element software ANSYS, the solpe is a limit cases of codes. It carries on the numerical simulation for 3d model of the slope and studies the cone slope stability of limit cases, this chapter analysis verify the conical slope in the regulations permit the largest gradient, had large slope safety factor.Finally, this paper has discussed from the construction method and cone slope filler, analysed bridge cone slope plant protection and engineering protection, derived soil slope comprehensive protection scheme. A comprehensive solution in the economic benefits and social benefits, environmental benefits has great superiority. All sorts of ideal filler compaction result are analyzed, provides several new compacted method; And how to fully compaction the filler.
