In the international background of energy saving and emission reduction, VAV system certainly will be put to use more and more widely, due to high energy saving and efficiency. Actually, the technology of VAV is a way to monitoring and controlling, which is made up logically by several control loops and circles. Therefore, the control system directly determines the condition of the system operation. In the present work, an actual VAV, single duct, primary return air-conditioning system with supply fan and return fan Air-Conditioning System is taken as the research target, the math models of the resistance characteristic of main components in the system are established, the fuzzy control arithmetic is designed, and the optimized control method is reached according to the simulation experiment.In this work, the math models of the main components in the system were established. According to the basic theory of Graph and Fluid Network, the math model of the air-condition wind system was established, in addition, the pressure balancing and flow distribution was achieved. Then the platform for simulation and calculation of the system was established by using TRNSYS.Meanwhile, according to the research and analysis on the control method and the control circles of the VAV system, the optimized control way was obtained. By using the Mamdani fuzzy rule and FFSI, the fuzzy control arithmetic on the air volume of the system was designed.Furthermore, on the basis of the practical condition of the system network, three typical terminals located in different positions was chose. Adjust these terminals and design the working conditions of the simulation experiments. Analyzing the control results of the areas under the air-conditioning and the system network in different working conditions, as well as the system energy consumption, the optimized control method was obtained.
