Sustainable Design Research Of Concept Products

The characteristics of concept product design decides embodying an advanced design concepts in the design activity, sustainable design is such a kind of concept, proposed in the condition of environment worsening, it should run through the whole life cycle of the entire product. As the experimental product, the effectiveness of the product concept to a large extent influence the development of future products, therefore, designers need to continuously explore the design method for sustainable development.This paper studies on the sustainable design of concept products, analyzes different category concept product case, induction and statistics the frequency and probability of the sustainable design principles, to determine commonly used sustainable design principles of various concept product, combined with other concept products, summed up a common method use of sustainable design principles. Finally, Theoretical results will be applied in specific design instances to verify and improvement. The results will help designers effectively use the principles of sustainable design into the design of concept product, take more friendly design decisions, realize sustainable design of concept product.
