With the development of economy, the global vehicle quantities increases every year. It also brought a very serious problem of global road traffic safety. In order to reduce traffic accidents and casualties. Of all countries are active and effective in research related countermeasures policy. Improving the car's active safety performance has a relatively high ability to avoid accidents, especially in emergency situations can be effectively guaranteed the safety of driving vehicles. In this paper, the design of the rear-end collision warning and control system is based on the process of improving vehicle active safety devices.According to many domestic and foreign automotive anti-collision technology research. In this paper, automobile braking and braking process is analyzed in deta. We have established a security model of the car running in a different conditions, and designed of an automatic braking actuator based on fuzzy control in the car's original brake pipe. The automatic braking actuator in parallel with the original brake system, has good reliability and can guarantee the reliability and normal operation of the original car brake system. Through the Millimeter-wave radar and a variety of sensors the control system detection the vehicle speed, the relative distance between two vehicles, the relative speed of the vehicle and the driving environment in real time. Control system through the establishment of the security model from the vehicle driving state to make an accurate judgments, timely warning signals to alert the driver or take reasonable and effective measures, if necessary, system will adopt the automatic braking to avoid accidents.This paper focuses on the design of fuzzy controller. In order to ensure the safety, comfort and stability in the automobile braking process, the fuzzy controller according to the relative speed between the two automobiles and relative distance can output different braking intensity when the automobile for automatic braking. Through the system model establish in Matlab/Simulink, to simulated automatic braking system of in different conditions .Simulation results show that automatic braking system has good braking effect, that ensure vehicles driving steady when the vehicles braking.
