Research On Eco-Landscape Optimization Planning And Sustainable Development Of Agricultural Areas In South Jiangsu

With the deepening of China's market economy and accession to the World Trade Organization, agricultural development trend has been more opening, how to protect the integrity and characteristics of agricultural landscapes and tap the ecological value, improve the agricultural landscape and rural character shape, making it integrity, efficiency, and versatility of the new era of agricultural regions has becoming one of the important tasks in the 21st century.Southern is one of the most intense region in China with contradictions between people and land.With the depth development of China's market economy, most southern regions faced the economic development issues and land constraints. The sustainable development of social and economic lies to coordinate the conflicts between economically developed areas in the development process of rural urbanization increasing demand for land use and land occupied by a relatively limited supply. In the new conditions of economic and social development, we must attach importance to agricultural regions of space on the dynamic role of the environment, agricultural production and ecological environment will be improved by combining its full environmental externalities.The landscape optimization of agricultural landscape in the Southern is one of the ways to achieve sustainable development in the region.It mainly showed for the landscape layout and its industrial distribution.This paper used the Lingang New City in 2008 as materials, based on the theory proposed to shows the landscape patch level and landscape level patterns of features.By analyzing the level index of ecological green landscape and the index level,and analysis the Lingang New City with landscape pattern. Combined with the current development trend of domestic and urban space, this paper try to space on the Lingang New City of agricultural land for scientific and rational planning. Proposed a program on regional spatial landscape of agricultural optimization in Lingang, that industrial layout and construction of ecological security.Considering the sum of the regional space in Southern agricultural landscape pattern characteristics of functional areas, this paper create a space suitable for urban and rural land use based on balanced and sustained and coordinated development of urban and rural landscape structure in Southern agricultural landscape. Through their own sustainable development, thereby regional sustainable development, and ultimately to urban and rural joint development.
