| Phase test is often encountered in the work, which is mainly used in upgrading of power grid and checking the phase of wires when the power grid is consolidated. Phase test work is a labor intensive, low safety factor and the results very demanding work, a wrong phase test will lead to the power grid instability, easy to bring some disastrous results through a chain reaction. With the rapid development of the information age, no matter in the daily life or the industry, people need more and more power, so the power grid faces with frequent transformation, the new plant will be enrich the existing power grid, the phase test work is putting more and more attention.Based on the research of phase test technology, compared with several phase measurement technology, this paper introduces of the principle of detecting the phase with the Discrete Fourier Transform algorithm (DFT) in detail, and proposes the program using the PLL Spread-Spectrum technology to improve it. This paper introduces a solution of intelligent phase test system which bases on the embedded platform and is combined with Web technology for remote intelligent control; it has more flexibility and automation.This paper minutely develops and designs the intelligent control system on power phase test, the PLL spread spectrum technology for improved DFT algorithm is studied, using high-performance chip S3C2440 for the CPU of embedded platform, transplantation embedded real time operating system Linux as a software platform, develops the terminal software to control the data acquisition and processing, using the SQLite database for data preservation and management, and the phase information to be displayed in real-time on the embedded platform. In order to achieve remote intelligent management, the system can also track the phase on the power grid in real-time, release the results of the monitoring phase in real-time with the embedded Web technology.The performance of the system has passed the experimental verification, so the system can be obtained to complete the work of the phase test. It proved to be safety and efficiency. However, on the phase monitor process, there is a certain lack of the data processing speed and the time is not precise enough. So the direction and goals in the next step are becoming definite. |
