China's new rural construction work is carried out in full swing under the guidance of integrated development concept for urban-rural areas and the relevant parts of preferential agricultural policies all over the country. At the same time, the rural landscape planning and the improvement of rural living environment have also been payed unprecedented attention. However, some one-sided understanding of "new" concept brings lots of blind pursuits. For example the excess construction of new village and the neglect of the original texture, cultural patterns, natural scenery and the organic interdependence between villages, would result in similar constructions in thousands of village which are in lack of diversity.Si Hong is the largest food supply county in northern of Jiangsu. How to stick on the sustainable development in the new construction wave to retain their inherent characteristics, local conditions and scientific planning, has become the new important issue in the rural construction work in Si Hong. Experienced with the practice in recent years to Si Hong rural landscape planning and construction, taking the rural landscape planning as the research object, the author explored effective ways to solve the problems, and theoretical results to practical work, based on the study of Dian Hu and Yao Gou rural landscape planning and construction of the current situation, which are two provincial officials Housing Pilot Village landscape. At the same time, integrated theory with practice, the author conducted a comprehensive empirical study through mainly involved in the project of Zhao Zhuang housing pilot village planning. Hope that finding the method of both theoretical significance and practical promoting value for studying on landscape architecture of new rural planning and construction by the research of the subject.
