The topic of this paper is A Study on Architectural Art of The Christian University in Fuzhou, focusing on the art and style of the buildings in Fujian Christian University and Hwa Nan Women's College which were born during the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the period of the Republic of China. The two campuses united the Chinese and Western architectural styles initially and the big influence kept lasting till now. On one hand, because of the unpeaceful age, politics, economy, society and the culture all limited buildings of the Christian universities; On the other hand, missionaries entered into China by force and the attitude to Chinese architecture from totally repudiating to partial releasing, then appreciation. In tens of years, here came a kind of buildings which is allopatric not only in Chinese's angle, also in the foreigners'. Just under this background, it made the two colleges keep consistency and have their unique style.
