The three-axis turntable is a key equipment for aircraft and the semi-physical simulation, it can simulate orientation, pitch and roll posture movement for the aircraft and astronauts during space flying. As a kind of high accuracy of semi-physical simulation equipment, three-axis turntable are widely used in the field of aviation, spaceflight, navigation, etc. In space, Spacecraft would be meet kinds of accidents, in case accident situation, the sharp change of astronaut's trajectory would happen, when the astronaut's head will be the weak link in accidental environment, therefore astronauts head would be to protect the emphasis, therefore the manufacturing head protective equipment need to understand the astronaut's trajectory in various environments, namely head trajectory of the stress of the data, three-axis turntable can be simulation similar circumstances head trajectory in ground laboratory. The three-axis turntable simulation data directly affect the protective outfits research and processing.According to the simulation data to make safety appliance for pilot, the three-axis turntable simulation data directly related to life safety of the pilot in the aircraft. Through developed simulation equipment were so many, but used for simulation data validation equipment were few. Therefore, design a set of space target pose monitoring platform which integrated simulation, data output and data validation is very important.According to the three-axis turntable simulation principle and the pose reliability of camera, it designed a set of three-axis turntable for simulation. Then using UG software established the three-dimensional entity model for the three axis simulation turntable, and conducted the movement simulation, verified the athletic performance of three frames and whole platform athletic performance. At the same time, ANSYS software was implied for finite element analysis of three-axis turntable. Also designed a set of camera device for filming motion trajectory of the simulating target, Using control system to check up simulation data based on the data of camera three-axis turntable simulation data.Then mechanical systems and control system of the spatial pose simulation platform had been analyzed and designed. The three-axis turntable structure has been improved and innovated, gyration accuracy of the turntable has been increased, which would facilitate to control turntable axis error of perpendicularity. Finally, analyzed the error sources of the three-axis turntable and established the error mathematical model. Using autocollimation to Design and impled the measured test for gyration accuracy and set of axis perpendicularity. Using mathematical model to calculate error values of three-axis turntable.The practical test results show that the precision of the designed three-axis turntable completely meet all performance index requirements, general design of space target pose simulation platform is rational and feasible.
