To improve the fighting and comfortableness, it is the important thing to reduce the vibration and the noise of the ship. The traditional method includes active control and passive control. This paper mainly studies the active vibration control in the application to reduce vibration.It firstly introduces the history of adaptive control research. And then, presents the x-LMS algorithm which could eliminate the interference of the error path. The PC used Windows operating system and the TMS320C33 with the core of DSP chip which embody A/D and D/A converter constitute experiment system hardware platform. The related literature is also discussed.This paper gives the x-LMS algorithm. Based on the upper and lower computer, all the software is designed, which includes the flowcharts of the programs and the procedure call figure and the source program. The active vibration control system for experiment based on the x-LMS algorithm is tectoniced. Finally, according to an elastic vibration isolation test bench, the active vibration control test is done. Results show that the system achieved good control effect and verify the validity of the new system.Papers give more attention in the testing and safety operation. The designed system get a good embodiment in this point.
