Helicopter structure vibration is the issue of engineering widespread attention at home andabroad.And Active vibration control is a kind of efficient and reliable design research stage at theforefront of technology.According to the vibration characteristics of wing passed to the body, setvibration source to harmonic excitation characteristics,this paper studies the adaptive active controlscheme on the basis of research status at home and abroad,According to the adaptive filtering theory, this thesis shows a detail research of the theory ofadaptive control system and its fundamental algorithms.The adaptive control algorithm of activevibration control have been developed using the tool of LabVIEW, and used for active vibrationcontrol of the simulation and experiment design.This paper deduced the active vibration control of asingle channel simulation algorithm and dual channel FxLMS algorithm, based on the LabVIEWplatform structures which is used in the simulation.Then compared the simulation results, the controleffect, damping effect in the field of adaptive control, which can be used for active vibration controlexperiments.Based on the harmonic excitation and the simulation of the adaptive algorithm,the cRIO platformis used to realize the real-time active vibration control experiment research. First,the details of thecRIO system test design scheme are given.Second,the cRIO real-time control program is writtenaccording to the FxLMS algorithm and the simulation analysis results.Third,active vibration control isrealized by using adaptive algorithm under the simply supported beam under harmonic excitationcomponents, and achieved ideal control effect.All beneficial conclusions from above simulation analysis, experiment study and methodmodification can provide reference and basis for application of real projects.
