In recent years, the issue on the urban-industrial wasteland's reconstruction which following the protection and recycle of industrial heritage becomes attractive to our construction field recent years. Because of the acceleration of urbanization ,industrial structure adjustment, environmental pollution, resources over consumption and other reasons, lead to many industrial cities emerge the problem of industrial waste land with different degrees. At present, the phenomenon of the large scale demolition and construction in our cities not only lost a large number of abandoned industrial wastelands, but also the existing industrial wasteland lost the original vitality. With the concept of sustainable development, landscape ecology and post-modernism gradually filtering into people's minds, people realized the industrial waste land's historical, economic, environmental and other values, thereupon gradually pay attention to the reconstruction and recycle of industrial waste land. This article attempts to start with the landscape restoration way to reconstruction industrial waste land, let it become more vitality.This thesis mainly discusses the following aspects:Firstly, read the production background and the value of industrial wasteland as well as the development of domestic and foreign industrial wasteland development situation, then defined in the thesis's research objects, then analysis the characteristics and the problem in our land.With the knowledge of urban planning, restoration ecology, landscape design based on the analysis of relevant theory and analyzes the case of domestic and foreign industrial wasteland reconstruction; this thesis analysis from material factors and non-material factors discussed the internal power of the industrial wasteland's vitality regeneration, and according to different development goals, the industrial wasteland is divided into three strategies including the historic preservation type, economic revitalization type and improves the environment type.This thesis will start with the existing elements of the industrial waste area, landscape and environmental situation.. the environmental of surrounding area and the people like this area, in view of the different types proposed the corresponding development patterns and summed up the corresponding landscape restoration ways.Selected some typical cases of our country industrial wasteland reconstruction to in-depth analysis, analyzes the problems in reconstruction and the cause of these problems, and propose the corresponding reconstruction. So the writer summarized a road which is a more available with our national conditions and suitable for the different types'cities development, scientific, strong operability industrial wasteland's vitality regeneration and landscape restoration ways, hope to be provided reference for during the urban industrial transformation of China.
