The hot summer and warm winter region has predominant natural conditions, the temperature and air flow condition in this region is better than most other regions in China. How to exert these advantages is the key point of energy efficiency in residential buildings. With the development of economy and the promotion of people's living standard, the summer air-conditioning is widely used by the residents in hot summer and warm winter region, which also bring the problem of increasing building energy consumption and hinder resource shortage severely. And however, the implement of the design standard for energy efficiency of residential building in hot summer and warm winter region is not quite effectiveness, the popularization effect in practice is not as good as expectation. So, exploring the influencing factors which affect designing energy efficiency from the technology, economy and social perspectives has great significance.From the technology perspective, the factors of the design standard for energy efficiency, the material and structure of exterior enclosure and new type architectural energy saving material influence the building designing energy efficiency. The design standard for energy efficiency should initiative; the measures of building energy conservation, window-wall ratio and exterior enclosure component, affect the architecture design; new type architectural energy saving material is the main material for building designing energy efficiency, which meets large development resistance.From the economy perspective, is about the interior and exterior economy of the building designing energy efficiency. Designers lack of motivation because there is no economical affirmative in building designing energy efficiency operation. Building energy efficiency has positive externality, which need certain economic incentive.Social cognition is the inference and judgement process for other people's psychological state, behavioral motivation and intention. The social cognition of building energy efficiency affects the building designing energy efficiency work directly. The designer's attitude towards building designing energy efficiency is influenced by the government's attitude towards building energy efficiency, the understanding of the construction developer about building energy efficiency and the common people's cognition degree about building energy efficiency.Meanwhile, through the questionnaire and case study to analyze and verify the influencing factors of the building designing energy efficiency, after arrange and conclude the research result and do elaborate analysis of cases, further understand the restrictive factors of building designing energy efficiency, also validate the influence of building designing energy efficiency from the technology, economy and social aspects.Basis on the analysis of current influencing factors of the building designing energy efficiency to puts forward suggestions on consummation building designing energy efficiency from the technology, economy and social perspectives.After analytical study, realizes the current situation and problems about the energy efficiency of residential building in hot summer and warm winter region, and research the influencing factors sufficiently, puts forward suggestions on how to consummation, which is a beneficial attempt for promote energy efficiency of residential building in hot summer and warm winter region and improve its current situation of building energy saving.
