In the article according to machine vibration analysis theory, build two models for mount optimize and design. At first combine EXCEL and ISIGHT software to co-simulate, receive a optimize solution. Then use multi-body system dynamic software ADAMS to analysis nonlinear stiffness of mount. In the article, it shows a process how to build a model, analysis a model, optimize it until at last receive a series of mount stiffness with engineer application.The parameters for build a model come from three ways: the first, come from layout measure, measure the necessary parameters from whole vehicle CATIA model. The second, come from responsible department, for example, gear ratio and main decelerate ratio, etc. the last, from object test, for example, the mass and inertia of power train.In order to operate conveniently, the ADAMS model with customization is built. Then it is very easy to design a power train mount only if a man who don't master ADAMS software, it improve efficiency hugely.In order to improve the uncoupling quality and efficiency, in the article combine EXCEL and ISIGHT co-simulation. Using multi-island GA and NSGA II optimize ways, quickly and exactly find a good solution. Then by MONTE CARLO means calculate the effect of the mount stiffness change. At last assure the solution have a meaning for engineer.It is proved sufficiently, that theory and experiment are uniform highly in 6th chapter. By make samples, assembly vehicle, at last experienced drivers drive the modified car and object measure to test and confirm a final scheme.
