Study Of Servo Motor Control Strategy Based On Rotor Accurate Locating

AC servo control technology is more and more widely used in the areas of industrial control, robots and so on, the requirements on function and performance of servo products are higher and higher. Based on digital signal processing technology, taking PMSM as executing component and using proper control strategy, study of the accurate rotor locating of servo motor has a very important practical significance.In this paper by introducing the coordinate transformation principle, mathematical model in the Synchronous rotation coordinate of PMSM is deduced, basic theory and characteristic of PMSM vector control are elaborated, the id=0 control, maximum ratio of torque to current control, cosφ=1 control and constant flux linkage control are analyzed and compared with each other, then the id=0 vector control strategy of rotor field oriented is chosen. The implementary scheme of PMSM servo system with three close-loop based on rotor accurate locating is established. The simulation of the servo control system is proposed, and simulation studies are carried out, as a result, the feasibility of this scheme is proved by simulation results. The hardware circuit of PMSM servo control system based on DSP TMS320F2812 of TI company is designed, including voltage convert circuit, input and output signal modulate circuits, power circuit, keyboard and display circuit, what's more, the software design is accomplished in CCS integrated development environment, including initialization program, main program, interrupt program and rotor accurate locating algorithm, interrupt program consists of timer period interrupt program, capture interrupt program, voltage and current protection interrupt program and ADC conversion interrupt program. Experiment showed, system test platform can accomplish PMSM rotor accurate locating control function, and completely meet the required high performance of servo control system.
