The traction motor drive system is applied in the power car or locomotives. It can deliver the torque of the traction motor to the axle, to increase the speed of the railway vehicle, or deliver the torque of the axle to the traction motor of being electrified, to slow down the speed of the railway vehicles. Against the backdrop of rapid development of China Railway, the electric traction drive system will become our main direction of the development and application in the future. The AC traction motor drive system is one of the core unit of AC drive, its safe running relates to safety of the entire travelling vehicles, So it's very necessary to carry out the noise and vibration characteristic analysis of the traction motor drive system. The research results will provide the basis to the design of the vibration attenuation and the noise reduction of the traction motor drive system.As other mechanical equipment, the problem of noise and vibration also exist in the traction motor drive system. Mechanical vibration and noise is not only harmful to the system to affect their sevice life, but also increase people's sense of fatigue and depression to some extent, reduced their work efficiency and even cause nerve, hearing damage and other irreversible consequences.This article elaborates the composition and the working principle of the traction motor drive system,and the reasons that the vibration and noise generate. Through three experiments:the text of the noise and vibration of the traction motor using simulation experiment table; the test of non-contact dynamic noise and vibration of the traction motor drive system; the on-line and real-time vibration test of the drives system of the traction motor performed the vibration and noise test in different conditions, different frequencies, different positions. And analyse and process the correlation data using the analysis software Artemis, confirm the distributed rule of noise and vibration, come to a conclusion that the noise and vibration mainly focus on the vents of the traction motor and the end surface of the gearwheel of the gear boxand get a specific frequency range, raise a new proposal for the design of the vibration attenuation and the noise reduction of the traction motor drive system. |
