Study On The Dynamic Control Of Flood Limited Level Of Guanting Reservoir

Aimed at the problems of the shortage of water resources, water environment and water ecological deterioration of the capital, combined with the works I have participated in the informatization construction of"digital Yongding River"- Guanting Reservoir, this article researched on the platform and the method of the Dynamic Control of Flood Limited Level from the views of the Automatic Control Technology and Water Resource Science. The result provides the technique support for fully creating various benefits of the Guanting Reservoir project and directing the construction and operation management of flood control system of Guanting Reservoir.The paper includes two aspects:1. On the basis of the analysis of existing informatization construction of Guanting Reservoir, from the aspect of the operability of automatic control, we studied the frame construction of"the Dynamic Control Platform of Flood Limited Level of Guanting Reservoir", analyzed the characteristics, work styles and practical scheduling operation conditions, and assessed its applied ability. The "platform" will be a powerful support for "method" of dynamic FCWL control and a real application of "method" of dynamic FCWL control in its DDS (decision support system). It also makes the Control Management of the reservoir's water level more accurate, informatization, networking, intelligent and automation. We can well apply the theory of the Dynamic Control of Flood Limited Level to it and direct the practical works with that.2. Combined with the new concept of Control of Flood Limited Level in Guanting Reservoir's forecast of rainfall, through the analysis of the characteristics of rainfall and floodwater in history and the precision of forecast information for the next 24-hour rainfall, with the pre-storage and pre-discharge capacity method, from the aspect of the controlled finite domain, we confirmed the finite domain of Dynamic Control of Flood Limited Level of Guanting Reservoir, calculated and analyzed the benefits of Dynamic Control which promoted the organic combination of the fight against floods and droughts in Guanting Reservoir.Finally, the paper summarizes and makes prospect in the research on Dynamic Control of Flood Limited Level of Guanting Reservoir.By the analysis on the accuracy, validity and reliability of the platform of the Dynamic Control of Flood Limited Level of Guanting Reservoir,the result is that its informatization construction can support the application of dynamic FCWL control.To improve the Information source, system extension and decision support, the platform can bettler support the application of dynamic FCWL control in the future.I attempt to link the information system with dynamic FCWL control, but there are many things not expressed clearly owing to my competence.
