The proposal of electronic controlling air suspension can largely meet people's requirement for the automobiles. The research of the air suspension originated firstly for military use, and in the 80th was used in the daily use. Coping with the gradual maturity of the controlling technology, the research on the electronic controlling air suspension becomes more and more. And research on height controlling suspension of automobiles belongs one branch of this.Make an analysis of not only features and working theory of the semi-active air suspension which is used to control the height of the automobiles, but also the main parts and controlling parts used in the controlling system. Builds the 1/4 model of semiactive air suspension based on the adjustment of stiffness and height, builds fuzzy controller for stiffness adjustment and PID controller for the height control, and makes an simulation analysis of the completed model based on MATLAB/SIMULINK module. Based on theorysimilar circuit of automobile control, redesigns the controlling circuit as well as the CAN bus used in between parts. This article makes circuit board used to control the step motor and subcircuit board used to inspect the speed. Based on related hardware, this article makes an modulated illustration of the program and shows the flow chart of program designing.
