| The metal structure of tower crane is composed by numerous beams and rods, calculating by hand did not make sure the result is exact right or precise. Considering this, in this paper, calculating by hands and CAE are combined to determine the structure size of every part. In the first stage of mechanical design, it is necessary to establish the exactly right mechanical model, make analysis of the model and determine the size of every part and the material. All of the design is according with the"Crane Design Specification"GB3811-83 and"Tower Crane Design Specification"GB/T 5031-2008.The design of the structure is based on the comparison of many other tower cranes which is designed by the world famous company. In this paper, all designs were based on the critical of strength, rigidity and stability. As it is for the high building, this paper had given the reasonable attachment of the crane.The present paper have made finite element statics and dynamics analysis based on the software of SAP84. The equivalent technology of metal structure of tower crane and the deal of force were also discussed. During the process of finite element analysis, the impaction of nonlinear is considered. Combining the advantage of calculating by hand and CAE, verified the statics and dynamics of the structure was meet the requirement of the specification.National design of tower structure was based on experience and profile modeling. As it is known to all the reasonable design of tower jib have obvious impact on the lifting characteristic of the crane. However it was not mature in jib design in the homeland. This paper had made optimal dimension design of the jib based on the Lagrange multipliers method, derived formation of lattice jib section dimension based on criterion of stress and deformation respectively. These formulates can be very useful to an engineer-designer in the first stage of the designing procedure, they can be used to define the basic structure dimensions that can be close to the optimum ones. In this case, it could be make the designer easier to define the dimension. Based on this conclusion, this paper had made analysis of the impacts on the parameter of the section, this will provide reference to the designer. |
