The long-serving environment of hydraulic structures is very bad,it has very big effect on the using life of structures. The durability of materials is one of the important factors which determine the service life of structures. Chloride erosion and hydro-abrasive erosion are two important factors which affect the durability of materials.The research work of this article is the single factor function of chloride erosion and scour, and the coupling affects both these two aspects.The main content of the article includes:Firstly I studied on the mechanism of the chloride erosion and scour systematically, and get the corresponding formula. And do some theoretical analysis on the interaction between the two factors. Through theoretical analysis we can see that when scour meet certain conditions will accelerate the spread of chlorine ion in concrete, and chloride ions erosion also increase the action of scour.Secondly according the breaking character of concrete under the action of scour I get the calculation formula of chlorine ion in concrete in which the scour is considered.Finally I did some experiments about the single factor action and the coupled actions. The correlation of test results and the theoretical calculation of coupling interaction are very good. Facts prove the formula is feasible. Through the tests we can see that the scour produced effects will greatly improve under high salinity environment. |
