| As ceaseless development of city and expanding of the water supply network, the issues of water-quality safety in water supply network are prominent increasingly. Pipe break, maintenance or even malicious poisoning has created a significant threat to the water-quality safety in water supply network. Therefore the research of contamination warning systems in water supply network is necessary and imminent.In this paper, current situation of water supply network system of DQ city in northeast China is investigated. The analysis discover that water supply network has wide ranges of coverage, more tree-type pipe network, Long distance pipeline and vulnerable water quality, so it is necessary to establish a contamination warning system; besides since there are many big consumers in network, the concentration of water consumption and the clarity of flow path, so it is also appropriate to establish this system.According to the classification and characteristics of the pipeline network water pollution events, compositions of feasible contamination warning systems and functions of each subsystem have been proposed. In view of the actual situation of DQ city, points out that water supply enterprise should strengthen the establishment of water-quality safety predetermined plan database of the water supply network, in order to perfectly deal with emergency water pollution events.In this paper, Laws of movement and transformation of the pollutants in water supply network are researched in order to determine the suitable model of movement and transformation of pollutants for contamination warning systems. The model of contamination warning systems of DQ city are established based on dynamic hydraulic model of water supply network of DQ city.In the city water supply network system dynamic DQ hydraulic model is established on the basis of DQ city water supply network early warning model. Through comparison of the actual pollution incident of water supply network, it has proved reliability.In this paper, the project of valve operation of pollution area caused by the event of pollution emergencies were studied, the breadth first traversing algorithm is separately used to research single contaminated area and multi contaminated areas, and valve scheduling in the case of the valve is damaged. To ascertain area of pollution control and the influence to water supply area after valve's scheduling in order to provide references for managers. And it was applied into contamination warning systems of DQ city, the calculation results are in accordance with the real work with a rapid response, smallest control area, and optimal valve's scheduling.On the basis of contamination warning systems of DQ city, through simulating the pollution accident at each node in each time to determine the scope of contamination and contamination degree which is changing over time, to constitute the program of emergency valve's scheduling, to establish water supply network's water-quality safety predetermined plan database, and to cope with sudden water pollution events in network in order to provide the reference for scheduling personnel's reasonably scheduling. |
