Suborbit vehicle, which always flew to the edge of outer space, could not only speedup to reach orbit, but also quickly response to get to the ground, and then had become one of the research focus on aeronautic and astronautic in a number of countries. Moreover, the performance of the control system is critical for the suborbit vehicle to successfully accomplish various tasks. The Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation based on dSPACE real time simulation system could carry out rapit design and validation of the control system of the suborbit vehicle.The six-degree simulation model of suborbit vehicle was developed by the use of MATLAB/Simulink, and the founding of simulation model library of the vehicle realized the rapid development of other vehicles'simulation model. Further more, the graphic design interface could make the designer more easier to master it.The overall scheme of suborbit vehile hardware-in-the-loop simulation system was designed. Based on dSPACE real time system, the rudder system was tested, whose transfer model was in the end identified via model frequency identification. And then, the Inertia Measurement Unit was compensated by tested on the three-axes electric driver. Finally, the rapid design method of TDS2812EVMB as a prototype of on-board computer was introduced.The research flow of suborbit vehicle control system hardware-in-the-loop simulation was proposed, which improved the reliability and safety of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. First, the validation of the interface model for the components was researched and achieved successfully. And then, various hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems in research flow was accomplished, and the control system was validated in respect of the preferable performance respectively.With various simulation environment, such as constant disturbance model, step control commond, sine tracing commond, and so on, the suborbit vehicle control system was validated further. The final results showed that the control system designed achieved the control guideline for the overall requirement.
