| Hub commerce is the one of the hot issues on commercial space field currently. Planning urban business space with traffic hub has been developed in many areas with well-strung rail traffic net like Japan or Hongkong. Our country is constructing the rail traffic net at a high speed in many cities presently. In shanghai, for example, ten lines of rail have been completed, which bring great opportunities to urban business.This academic thesis is based on internal or external cases about rail traffic hub's commercial space. Four types of commercial space composing model have been sum up from these cases study, which are underground model, vertical model, aerial model and landscaping model. Then six traffic hub business centers in shanghai urban centers are classified to these four types with deep analysis of their characteristics, merits, drawbacks and space joint's design strategies. In the end, this thesis draw a conclusion that Shanghai has succeeded to use these four models in despite of some drawbacks and these four hub's commercial space composing models have broad prospects of using in our country. |
