Deep-water bridge foundation construction often faces how working in the deep water. It is key to build a stable deep-water construction platform. During the whole of construction process of the steel pipe platform,many loads, including a lot of random dynamic forces, act on it. It is important to study the partial dynamic,estimate its damage condition,put forward the improvement measure and determine the economical design method.At first, in this paper,the domestic and foreign research actuality in recent years of the deep-water pile foundation construction platform is summarized, and the construction platform's characteristic is elaborated. The construction platform wave force and the fluent force computation rationale are introduced, the class solid coupling finite element analysis method is introduced,which points out that fluid-solid coupling problem can be converted to solid dynamics with added mass. That will simplify the fluid-solid coupling problem.The three-dimensional beam element is adopted to build the calculation model in this paper. Dynamic response of the structure under the wave force and the fluent force is calculated, qualitative analysis of couple function between the structure and the water is carried on, and the influence of the hydrodynamic dame and additional water mass on the random dynamic response is analyzed. The results show that the dynamic influence of the wave force should be considered during the design of construction Platform.At last, the natural frequency of all the construction members, such as the construction platform and the distributed situation of the mode of vibration are analyzed. The influence of the steel pile, chords and braces on the structure dynamic response is made. The design proposal is presented. It can be referred in future for the design of applying this kind of structure.
