Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of technology and wide use of power supplies of vehicles, customers demand the quality of power supplies more strictly .It demands the supplies of vehicles can work independently and constantly. So, as the supply of control and drive circuit ,the DC supply is a must .So,the importance of DC converter attract more and more attention.In this paper, the design and study and of 24V DC converter is presented in order that the supply system can work independently, constantly and supply DC power for other equipments. At first, this paper introduces different kinds of DC converter and analyze their advantages and disadvantages .Then we can know which kind of DC converter is better in different working place. Meanwhile, this paper describes the switch-mode power resources greatly. This paper analyzes the new technologies and trend of it. Aim to the demand of the DC converter. This paper analyzes different technologies of DC converters ,then, we choose the DC-AC-DC topologyIn this topology, the Zero-Voltage-Switch Pulse Width Modulation technology has been used in this circuit. This paper mainly analyzes the working process of PS-ZVS-PWM DC converter, and discusses the key point of zero-voltage-switch process. Then this paper calculates the parameters of the circuit and chooses the units. Then the hardware control circuit of DC converter system is designed, with UCC3895 as the core part.UCC3895 is the one use for control of Phase-Shift PWM circuit. In the end, we use Simulink of Matlab as the simulation tool to analyze the quality of the circuit and make some corrections, the result proves that the topology can meet the demands of it.
