| The energy can be recovered when the fluid flow to the altitude difference place or the pressure of the fluid go to reduce .because centrifugal pump can be used as prime motor, the highest efficiency almost the same in the two-way of operation. What's more, it is good at economical efficiency. The structure of pump is not complicated, and it is easy to install and maintain. This paper is aimed at property of the multistage pump used as prime motor.First, introduced the design methodology and experienced formula of this multistage pump based on flux, rotate speed, pump lift and NPSH given by industrial field. In the course of design, used the PUMP CAD software to pattern design and UG software to Solid Modeling.Secondly, imitating the internal flows in prime motor by star-cd to discuss the discipline of velocity and pressure with different operating conditions. To find out the major factor and the minors which influence the efficiency.Finally, imitating the internal flows in working machine by star-cd to draw head curve and efficiency curve. Analysis flow field and loss between the prime motor and working machine in the same operating conditions searching general rule. |
