Tianjin Electric Power Corporation pilot project is an important part of smart grid construction , and distribution network reconfiguration is a key of it. In practical, the unpredictability and volatility of the load is needed to be considered in reconstructing, while the existing methods are mostly based on exact data, resulting in the difficulty to find out the optimum structure. Therefore, a practical reconfiguration method for this project is necessary.In this paper, the following methods are proposed, before the distribution network reconfiguration, the load forecast using the IABP neural network based on the existing load data of the points in the distribution area is needed , considering the date type and climate conditions, to get the interval prediction results of load points. Then the forecasting results are processed, the active loss and load point voltage can be obtained by interval flow calculation, combined with the forward and backward substitution method. According to the results of the flow calculation, the reconfiguration of the distribution system can be realized. The evolution planning algorithm with the heuristic rules is uses to improve the operator. The judgment standard of the interval data is put forward, in order to achieve quickly and effectively.Distribution network in the automation pilot project regional in Tianjin Electricity Company is used as an example. The final simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately obtain the reconfiguration structure, line loss rate is lower, the voltage qualification rate is increased, so this method can be to put into practice. |
