With the rapid development of the national economy, the power load increases every year,the structure of distribution network has become more complex, which is bound to increase the distribution network losses year after year.Power Loss Reduction can reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency, thus reducing the distribution network loss is an important task.Through the distribution network structure optimization network losses can be reduced and the quality of the supply voltage can be improved, in which distribution network reconfiguration is the most basic method of network structure, and also the effective means of reducing the loss of distribution network.At present, most distribution network reconfiguration to reduce the net loss is the objective function, the study goal is a single goal, this paper proposed the establishment of multi-objective function model, and introduce the mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration and constraints, in-depth study the distribution network topology to simplify and radial distribution network to determine the methods and processes running.This paper describes the traditional power flow calculation method, based on structural characteristics of distribution network using the node into the current difference between the proposed method for flow calculation, and based on the original distribution network to adapt to the trend of improved real-time computing.The intelligent algorithm, this paper studies the conditions of application of the various intelligent algorithms and binary particle swarm algorithm proposed as the main algorithm, the PSO in many iterations the population diversity decreased after the particles which lead to "premature" and, therefore, this studyA new auxiliary variable neighborhood algorithm that differential evolution algorithm, variable neighborhood variation differential evolution algorithm, crossover and selection operations, not only to inherit the good characteristics of the previous generation, but also to ensure that the population diversity, with parallelism, randomness, is not easy to fall into local optimum, so the binary PSO and the combination of the algorithm and variable neighborhood called BPSO hybrid differential evolution algorithm (BPVND), introduced a hybrid algorithm for parameter setting and improved methods.Minimum power loss in the network and improve the quality of supply voltage are as multi-objective function,PG&E U.S. 69-node system and distribution network of 84 nodes in the system are two examples to reconstruct under this hybrid algorithm,The reconstructed results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the hybrid algorithm, compared with other algorithms to some extent, the proposed algorithm to overcome the "premature" phenomenon, to converge to the global optimal solution; in the lowest cost of distribution networks under the objective function to IEEE33 bus system after optimization algorithm based on a comprehensive cost distribution system optimized cost compared to other algorithms is smaller.
