Abstract/Summary:
With the development of economy, the demand for energy will continue to increase and the energy issue has been a serious problem in our country.The energy problem plays an important role in the economical development of our country, and it interacts with the gross national economic of our nation directly. Energy consuming in dwelling building occupies quite a few proportion in total energy consumption.The problem of strengthening the construction of energy-efficient technologies is extremely urgent and imperative.The most critical problem of building energy efficiency is how to make excellent thermal insulation properties better,how to reduce heat loss of building envelope,how to develop new external insulation materials and achieve the goal of energy conservation.At the moment numerous kinds of thermal insulation materials that have various merits and different indications.Therefore, research and development of external insulation materials is the needs of modern social development.The compound silicate insulation material has Low thermal conductivity,simple manufacturing operation, excellent heat resistant property and other advantages,And is attracting a great deal of attention at home and abroad.In this paper,a new kind of compound silicate insulation material was prepared by fly ash,sepiolite fibre,cement and etc.According to the character and architectural feature of raw materials,fly ash and sepiolite fibre were activated by different ways. The influences of different activation conditions on the character and architectural feature of fly ash and sepiolite fibre were analyzed by BET surface area measurement and scanning electron microscope. According to the theoretical analysis of compound silicate insulation material ingredients, the material preparation by different proportion of raw materials,The effects of the variations ingredients of compound silicate insulation materials on their thermal conductivity, tensile strength and compressive strength were analyzed by measuring thermal conductivity device and universal-testing machine.The best proportion of raw materials was determined by means of orthogonal design (optimal ratio of fly ash,cement,sepiolite fibre and basalt fibre is 42:28:25:5).The experimental results shows that the thermal conductivity of the material is 0.048W/(m·K),the absorption capacity is 2.1%,the compression strength is 1.2MPa,the breaking strength is 0.4MPa.The composite silicate thermal insulation material for external wall fully makes use of abandon resource,and the thermal insulation material is low cost, simple preparation,good heat-insulated performance and high mechanical strength,so it has enormous popularization value and widely applied prospect.
